Using the Site

• You may browse the Site and contact us for personal or legitimate business purposes.
• You must not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its security, copy or scrape its content at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our content & intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, branding, logos, images, music, and game materials — is owned by Pookster House or our collaborators and is protected by intellectual property laws. In particular:

• Games: Mumbai Spaces and Mumbai Chasers (published games) are created exclusively by our partner entity, 404 Steps, and are featured on this Site with permission. All other game concepts, formats, and related materials belong entirely to Pookster House.
• Music: All songs and recordings are owned by Pookster House / Siddhant–Niranjan. Licensing is available only by separate written agreement (see the Listening Lounge for details).
• Stories & Screen: Books, scripts, and related creative materials remain our exclusive property unless agreed as part of the contract.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission.

Enquiries, bookings & quotes

Registering your interest or requesting a quote through the Site does not constitute a binding order or contract. Any group game bookings, licensing deals, or services are strictly subject to a separate written agreement and a finalised price confirmed directly by us. Prices shown or discussed on the Site are indicative only until confirmed in writing.

Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and various social media networks). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or data practices; their own respective terms of use and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimers & liability

• The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, entirely accurate, or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to AUD 100. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you have under mandatory local consumer laws (such as the Australian Consumer Law).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
